Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from two olive varieties. The majority comes from the Koroneiki variety, known for its high quality and freshness. A smaller portion comes from Troumbolia, a local variety native to Samos. This blend allows us to combine the rich aroma of Samos’s natural landscape with the exceptional quality of Koroneiki olives.
